Helping Women Heal, Rise, and Live Restored—Mind, Body, and Spirit. Ephesians 2:10

 Lakeytha G. Clayton,MSW, LCSW-BACS

Christian Therapist | Women’s Mental Health Specialist | Clinical Supervisor

I’m Lakeytha G. Clayton, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor with over 22 years of dedicated experience serving women through compassionate, faith-centered mental health care. As the owner and founder of LGM Restoration & Wellness Services, LLC, my heart is to help women 18 and older become the healthiest, most whole version of themselves—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

My clinical work is rooted in both evidence-based practice and deeply held Christian values. I support women navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity challenges, relationship stress, trauma, and seasons of spiritual disconnection. I am passionate about helping women reconnect with their God-given worth, develop emotional resilience, and build lives anchored in purpose, peace, and restoration.

Over the span of my career, I’ve served diverse populations, facilitated group therapy experiences, supervised LMSWs, and taught emerging clinicians how to assess, diagnose, and ethically provide trauma-informed care. My practice blends warmth, clinical skill, and biblical truth, creating a safe therapeutic space where women can be seen, heard, and strengthened—without judgment.

Licensed in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Florida, I provide both telehealth and in-person services, including specialized workshops, women’s retreats, and soul-care experiences designed to help women reset, heal, and flourish.

I consider it a privilege to walk alongside women as they rebuild confidence, deepen self-love, strengthen their identity in Christ, and step boldly into the life God has called them to live. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward restoration and emotional wellness, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

What I Believe

I believe that every woman carries a God-given identity, purpose, and strength that cannot be erased by life’s challenges. Healing is not just possible—it is promised. As a Christian therapist, my work is grounded in the understanding that emotional wellness and spiritual growth are deeply connected. I believe:

  • You are created with purpose. God designed you with intention, value, and gifts that matter. Therapy can help you rediscover the parts of yourself that life has dimmed.
  • Healing is a journey, not a judgment. Your story deserves compassion, not criticism. I provide a safe space where you can process freely and without fear.
  • Faith and therapy work beautifully together. Evidence-based clinical tools and biblical truth can work hand-in-hand to bring clarity, peace, and transformation.
  • Wholeness is possible. No matter what you’ve faced—trauma, heartbreak, anxiety, shame, or spiritual disconnection—you can rebuild your life from a place of strength and restored identity.
  • Growth happens with support. You don’t have to navigate emotional pain alone. Walking this journey with guidance, prayerfulness, and clinical insight makes healing more accessible and sustainable.
